The Opportunity

As our new Inside Sales Representative DACH (m/f/d), you will play a key role in building a dedicated, professional, and fully integrated Inside Sales channel across the DACH region. Working closely with Field Sales and Marketing, you will drive growth by developing customer opportunities, expanding product adoption, and shaping the processes, ways of working, and collaboration models of a newly formed lean, agile team.

You will own a defined customer portfolio, supporting the sustainable use of our blood glucose monitoring systems, growing test strip sales, and expanding our pen needle business through prescribing healthcare practices.

We welcome applications from candidates with a variety of experience levels, including recent graduates in Life Sciences or related disciplines.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Manage and grow a portfolio of healthcare customers, including prescribing practices, diabetes centres, pharmacies, diabetes specialists and patient groups
• Expand product utilisation by developing existing accounts, re-engaging inactive customers, and identifying conversion, device placement, and cross-selling opportunities
• Drive sales growth across blood glucose monitoring systems, test strips, pen needles, and future product offerings
• Execute sales and marketing campaigns, promote events and training opportunities, and generate qualified leads for the Field Sales team

Bring Your Expertise

• Commercial, medical, pharmaceutical, or comparable professional training, or a university degree in a relevant Life Sciences field.
• Fluent German and good written and spoken English
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach, with a desire to build a career in sales through customer engagement and relationship building.

Additional Experience That Could Help You Succeed

• Experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Telesales, or B2B customer management
• Experience within healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or diabetes care
• Experience with digital sales tools
