What the Hiring Manager says….

‘As a key member of the Fund Control Team for ICG’s Direct Lending Strategy, you will primarily take responsibility for liquidity management for several closed-ended private debt funds and play a crucial part in the financing and funding of investments.

You will also engage with a wide range of stakeholders across SDP’s Investment Operations team including colleagues in Fund Control, Transaction Execution, Loan Operations and Fund Accounting and within ICG’s treasury team, providing analysis and recommendations to senior stakeholders to support decision-making, maintain effective cash management, and execute deal funding and related activities. Externally, you will communicate with banks and oversee the third-party administrators to enable you to timely deliver cashflow forecasting, capital calls and distribution proposals, bridge/leverage facility management and FX trading and hedging monitoring.
