Job Title: Analyst, Infrastructure Debt

Location: Paris, France

Department: Infra Debt (“ICG Europe Infra debt” fund)

What the Hiring Manager says….

‘Rare opportunity to join, from inception, a high-growth European infrastructure debt platform and help shape its development. Work directly with senior investors on landmark transactions and take real responsibility from day one. Rapidly build best-in-class infrastructure credit expertise across the full investment cycle at a leading private market investor.’

Summary of our opportunity

Key hire within a newly established European infrastructure debt platform, being launched as part of a broader strategic expansion. This role offers the opportunity to play a central part in building out a high-calibre team (c.8–10 professionals) across Paris and London, with significant early responsibility and visibility.

You will be actively involved in the launch of a debut €1bn fund, targeting a structurally underserved segment characterised by a strong demand / supply imbalance. The position provides full-cycle investment exposure, including origination, underwriting, execution, and ongoing portfolio management of debt investments.

The investment strategy focuses on core infrastructure sectors—telecom, transportation, energy, and social infrastructure—across a pan-European mandate. Typical deal sizes range from €50m to €100m, demanding high selectivity, strong structuring capability, and disciplined risk assessment.
