Global Customer Lifecycle & Lead Generation Specialist (m/w/d)

Contract type: Full-time; limited to 12 months

Lead the development and continuous improvement of CHT’s global customer journey, digital marketing, and lead generation framework.  Drive cross-functional alignment, customer journey governance, performance measurement, and digital customer engagement while enabling regional teams, optimizing marketing technologies, and increasing lead generation and customer growth.

YOUR TASKS:

• Establish Global Customer Journey Governance and Ownership
• Develop and Maintain the Global Customer Journey Roadmap
• Define Customer Journey Metrics, Reporting, and Visibility
• Drive Customer Journey Adoption and Change Management
• Lead Cross-Functional Customer Journey Transformation and Continuous Improvement
• Develop and Optimize the Digital Marketing Customer Journey, identifying key customer needs, digital touchpoints, content requirements, conversion opportunities and lead generation moments.
• Develop and Continuously Improve the Global Marketing Lead Generation Framework, including persona-based targeting, segmentation, lead generation strategies, Marketing qualification principles and standardized Marketing-to-Sales handover processes.
• Design, execute and optimize manage global lead generation programs, connecting business priorities with campaigns, content, digital channels, Marketing nurturing, landing pages, CTAs, forms and other conversion mechanisms.
• Ensure the quality of Marketing-generated data and promote the effective and compliant use of Marketing Automation and relevant digital marketing solutions across regions and business divisions – including the use of AI.
• Advise and train regional teams on Marketing lead management, campaign tracking, performance reporting and effective digital activation of new and existing customers.

YOUR PROFILE:

• You have in-depth experience in customer lifecycle management, CRM or lead management in an international environment
• You will combine strategic thinking with strong implementation skills and develop complex requirements into scalable processes
• You work confidently with CRM, marketing automation and reporting solutions and use data specifically for decisions and optimizations
• They understand end-to-end funnel processes and how to effectively integrate lead generation, customer retention and account growth
• You will confidently manage cross-departmental cooperation and convey standards and best practices in consulting and training in a way that is appropriate for the target group
• You are characterized by a structured, analytical and independent way of working
