Help Young People Build the Future They Deserve

Every young person deserves someone who believes in their potential, even when they don't see it themselves.

As a Youth AOD Counsellor & Case Manager with Lives Lived Well, you'll do exactly that.

Working within our Dianella Youth Program, you'll support young people aged 12-24 who are experiencing challenges with alcohol and other drugs. Through counselling, case management and community-based support, you'll help young people build resilience, strengthen their wellbeing and take positive steps towards the future they want.

This is more than a counselling role.

It's an opportunity to build meaningful relationships, advocate for young people and be part of a team committed to creating positive change in the Lithgow community.

About Dianella

Dianella is a free community-based service supporting young people aged 12-24 who are experiencing challenges related to alcohol and other drugs.

Our approach is relational, flexible and focused on early intervention. We work alongside young people, families, schools and community partners to build stronger connections, improve wellbeing and support lasting change. We meet young people where they are, building trust and providing support in ways that work best for them.
