Support Recovery. Strengthen Connections. Create Lasting Change.

Every recovery journey begins with a first step and continues long after treatment ends.

At Lives Lived Well, we believe recovery is possible.

We're seeking a passionate Pre and Post Worker to join our residential Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) services in Orange, supporting clients before they enter treatment and as they transition back into the community.

Working across Wyla Residential Withdrawal and Rehabilitation Service and Elouera Residential Recovery Service, you'll play a vital role in helping people prepare for treatment, strengthen recovery supports and build the foundations for lasting change.

Located in the Central West of NSW, Orange offers an excellent lifestyle, strong community connections and access to some of the region's best food, wine and outdoor experiences.

About Our Services

Wyla Residential Withdrawal and Rehabilitation Service provides live-in withdrawal and rehabilitation support for adults based at the Bloomfield Hospital Campus just outside Orange, helping people prepare for recovery beyond their residential stay.

Elouera Residential Recovery Service supports women experiencing alcohol and other drug challenges through residential treatment and rehabilitation. The service provides a safe and supportive environment where women can engage in recovery while remaining connected with their children under 12 years of age.

Working across both services, you'll be part of a multidisciplinary team committed to supporting people to achieve meaningful recovery outcomes.

About the Role

As a Pre and Post Worker, you'll coordinate and deliver support for clients entering and exiting residential treatment programs.

You'll conduct assessments, facilitate groups, develop support plans and work closely with clients, families and community services to strengthen engagement, support treatment readiness and promote successful transitions back into the community.

This role combines assessment, case management, counselling, care coordination and client advocacy, making it ideal for someone who enjoys meaningful client engagement and working across all stages of the recovery journey.
