At Lives Lived Well, we believe recovery is possible.

Lives Lived Well provides a range of community and residential Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) services across Queensland, New South Wales and South Australia, supporting thousands of people each year to overcome challenges and build healthier futures.

We're seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Lead to join our West Moreton Residential AOD Treatment Service in Ipswich. Commencing in December 2026, this role includes a handover period and an opportunity to provide clinical leadership across both our residential rehabilitation and withdrawal services. You'll be joining a dynamic, high-performing multidisciplinary team with a strong culture of collaboration, support and continuous improvement, all focused on delivering exceptional outcomes for the people we support.

About the Role

As the Clinical Nurse Lead, you will provide advanced clinical nursing practice, leadership and support to a team of nurses working across both the residential rehabilitation and withdrawal units, while contributing directly to client care.
