Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy partners through regular field visits, ensuring excellent customer service and long-term business growth.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales objectives by monitoring business performance, identifying growth opportunities and executing action plans.
• Drive sell-in activities by presenting new launches, commercial initiatives, promotional programs and seasonal campaigns to pharmacy partners.
• Ensure excellence in merchandising and visual presentation across all brands, maintaining premium brand image and optimal product visibility at point of sale.
• Monitor stock levels, recommend replenishment orders and manage product returns where required.
• Coordinate and schedule Beauty Advisor programs and in-store promotional events in collaboration with customers and internal teams.
• Negotiate, closing and execute commercial agreements, seasonal displays, window installations, promotional activations and brand visibility initiatives.
• Communicate pricing policies, commercial agreements, educational programs and upcoming launches to pharmacy partners.
• Resolve customer issues related to orders, deliveries, invoicing, merchandising, promotional materials and BA programs in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare and process sales orders, sample orders, returns and daily business reports through internal systems.
• Analyze sales performance, monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide actionable insights to support business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• Master’s degree will be considered an asset
• Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales, account management, or commercial roles.
• Previous experience within the Pharmacy, Cosmetics, Beauty, Healthcare or FMCG industry will be considered a strong advantage.
• Proven experience in managing customer relationships and achieving sales targets.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities, with the capability to manage extensive field activity.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and translate insights into actions.
• Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly across assigned territories.
