Job Description:

The Marketing Automation Specialist supports the execution and optimization of automated marketing campaigns across the full customer lifecycle—from acquisition to onboarding and retention. Whether working at global or local level, this role plays a key part in designing email flows, managing campaign logic, maintaining contact lists, and reporting on journey performance. The role requires deep platform knowledge, strong attention to detail, and close collaboration with content, CRM, and performance teams. It is critical to ensuring Pluxee’s automation systems deliver timely, relevant, and compliant communications.

🚀 Your next challenge

As a B2C/B2M Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing marketing automation strategies for both end-users (B2C) and merchant partners (B2M). You will execute personalized campaigns, manage lead generation and nurturing processes, and improve the overall customer and merchant journey through automation and CRM integration. Your role will be instrumental in improving engagement, retention, and conversion across both segments.

What you'll be doing:

Manage and optimize B2C and B2M marketing automation platforms (e.g., Brevo, HubSpot) to support engagement, lead generation, retention, and conversion strategies.

Design and implement audience segmentation and personalization tactics to improve the effectiveness of automated campaigns.

Plan, execute, and continuously improve email and lifecycle campaigns based on behavioral triggers and real-time data.

Develop and optimize lead generation and nurturing workflows to increase the quality and conversion of merchant leads.

Manage and refine lead scoring models to prioritize and convert high-value prospects efficiently.

Support growth initiatives through audience expansion strategies, acquisition database management, list sourcing, enrichment and activation workflows to increase merchant prospect volume and pipeline generation.

Ensure seamless integration with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) to maintain data consistency and tracking.

Monitor campaign performance, interpret insights, and optimize ROI, customer lifetime value (LTV), and conversion rates.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (digital marketing, product, sales) to align automation strategies with business objectives.

Stay informed on best practices, trends, and innovations in marketing automation and customer journey optimization.

🌟 You’re a match

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing automation, with proven results in B2C and/or B2M contexts.

Hands-on expertise with platforms such as Brevo, HubSpot, or similar.

Experience in lead acquisition strategies, audience expansion, prospect database management and outbound marketing initiatives is a plus.

Strong understanding of audience segmentation, personalization, lifecycle marketing, and lead management.

Demonstrated experience in designing and optimizing email marketing and automation strategies.

Analytical mindset with the ability to track, interpret, and act on data-driven insights.

Collaborative spirit with strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.

Strategic and results-oriented, capable of tailoring automation to both consumer and merchant journeys.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.

Full working proficiency in English.
