As the Part-Time Assistant Store Manager, you’ll work closely with the Store Manager to cultivate an elevated customer experience, drive strong commercial results, and support a high-performing team who live and breathe the brand. You'll step up as a leader, take ownership of daily operations, and help build a beautiful space where customers love to shop and your team loves to work.

This is your chance to grow with a boutique-style brand that’s part of a leading retail group, offering real opportunities for development and progression.

• A strong affinity for minimalist style and the Nude Lucy aesthetic
• A customer-first mindset with a passion for creating elevated in-store experiences
• Leadership qualities – you’re a motivator, team player, and positive role model
• High attention to detail and visual merchandising skills
• Experience supporting daily operations, reporting and performance targets
• Strong communication and organisational skills

Benefits of Joining Nude Lucy:

• Competitive salary + monthly performance-based bonuses
• Monthly wardrobe allowance to wear the brand you love
• 40% off all Accent Group brands — including Stylerunner, Hype DC, Glue Store, HOKA & more!
• Access to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and exclusive team benefits
• Work in a beautiful, boutique environment with a fashion-forward team
• Be part of a growing Australian brand with genuine career progression
• 34.5 hour working week

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager in leading and inspiring the team to deliver exceptional service and store presentation
• Help coach and develop team members to achieve individual and store KPIs
• Assist in managing daily operations including rostering, stock management, and reporting
• Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines
• Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive working environment
• Step up and lead the store in the absence of the Store Manager

If you're ready to take the next step in your retail career and grow with a brand that values effortless style, timeless quality, and team spirit — we’d love to hear from you.
