Department Overview

The Sales department is responsible for the strategic planning of overall business growth, identifying opportunities with new companies and clients for all Monex currency products (FX Spot, Forwards, Options), while maintaining relationships with existing clients, increasing business revenue, and collaborating with the Introducing Brokers (IB) department wherever possible.

Job Overview

A Corporate Sales Executive is responsible for managing relationships with existing client accounts while prospecting and onboarding new clients. They serve as the interface between clients and the Dealing Team and work closely with Compliance and Risk to ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Actively involved in all aspects of the 360 Sales Cycle.
• Prospecting & Lead Generation (sourcing & pitching).
• Planning Sales Calls, Meetings, and Post-Call Follow-Ups.
• Presentations & Documentation.
• Owning and Implementing Sales Strategies.
• Post-Sale Follow-Up, Repeat Sales & Upselling.
• Developing and maintaining strong Client Relationships (via Trading Team where appropriate).

Business Knowledge / Technical Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Business-to-Business (B2B) sales role.
• Experience working within a regulated financial services firm is highly desirable.
• Proven history of operating at an Executive level within a commercial sales environment (both face-to-face and telephone sales).
• Able to clearly articulate a full understanding of end-to-end sales processes.
• Able to demonstrate strong sales techniques, including persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Understanding the purpose of risk management and compliance within a regulated environment.
• Knowledge of FX products is advantageous.

Languages

• Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
