Position Summary 

We are seeking a Dish Room Associate to support production by ensuring all equipment, tooling, and work areas are cleaned, sanitized, and ready for use. This role plays an important part in maintaining food safety, operational flow, and overall plant efficiency. The position works closely with production teams and contributes to a safe, organized, and high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Embody and promote the company’s core values (Integrity, Growth, and Resilience).

Sanitation & Equipment

• Operate equipment used to clean, wash, sanitize, and dry machine parts and tooling.
• Prepare equipment for sanitation and ensure it is clean and ready for production.
• Assist with equipment setup and teardown as required.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary work areas throughout the shift.

Production Support

• Support production activities, including rolling and packaging, as needed.
• Work efficiently while maintaining product quality and food safety standards.
• Adapt to changing production needs and priorities.
• Complete required production and sanitation records accurately.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Follow established SOPs and GMP requirements.
• Identify and promptly report hazards, near misses, or safety concerns.

Teamwork & Continuous Improvement

• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments.
• Support the training and onboarding of new team members.
• Identify and share opportunities to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

Qualifications

• Dependable and committed to regular, reliable attendance.
• Able to follow SOPs, GMPs, and established procedures.
• Able to complete production and sanitation documentation accurately.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
• Willing to learn, take direction, and support different areas of production as needed.

Requirements

• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and statutory holidays, based on production needs.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and working in varying temperatures and humidity levels.
• Able to lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs.) and perform physical tasks including pushing, pulling, and repetitive movements.
