This is an opportunity to take ownership of the marketing strategy and delivery for an exciting new Levande retirement living development in Bulimba, Queensland, helping shape how the project is positioned, launched and brought to market.

As the Project Marketing Manager, you’ll work across the full marketing journey – from understanding the local market and customer and developing the sales and marketing strategy, through to campaign delivery, local area marketing, lead generation and sales activation.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

• Own the marketing journey: Lead the project from early strategy and positioning through to campaign activation, launch and sales.
• Shape something new: Play a key role in bringing a significant new Levande community in Bulimba to market.
• Bring campaigns to life: Lead integrated activity across digital, media, creative, local area marketing and customer-facing channels.
• Make commercially smart decisions: Use customer, competitor and campaign insights to guide investment and optimise performance.
• Work across the business: Partner closely with Development, Sales, Marketing and specialist agencies to turn strategy into action.

What You Will Be Working On

You’ll lead the development and execution of the marketing plan for Bulimba, using customer and market insight to build awareness, generate leads and support sales outcomes.

Your key areas of focus will include:

• Developing the end-to-end sales and marketing strategy, including audiences, positioning, proposition, customer journey and launch phasing.
• Building and managing marketing plans and budgets, with a strong focus on commercial outcomes and return on investment.
• Using customer, competitor and local market insight to shape local area marketing, channel activity and campaign decisions.
• Leading integrated campaigns and coordinating key customer-facing assets including creative, renders, floorplans, brochures, website content and display suite collateral.
• Managing agency partners and working closely with Development and Sales to track performance, optimise activity and support lead generation and conversion.

What Type of Person Will Be Successful

You’ll be an experienced marketer who can move comfortably between strategy and hands-on delivery. You’ll bring strong commercial thinking, be confident working across multiple stakeholders and know how to turn customer and market insight into marketing activity that delivers results.

You’ll bring:

• 5+ years’ marketing experience, with strong end-to-end marketing planning and campaign delivery capability.
• Demonstrated experience launching a new project or product into market, taking it from strategy and positioning through to execution.
• Strong commercial acumen, with an understanding of marketing investment, campaign performance, lead generation and return on investment.
• Strong customer, competitor and market orientation, with the ability to turn insight into practical marketing action.
• Experience briefing and managing creative, media and agency partners, with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and deadlines.

A marketing qualification or equivalent industry experience is required. Experience in property development, retirement living or another high-involvement consumer category, along with exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, would be highly regarded.
