About the Opportunity

As we continue to expand our presence across NSW, we're building a talent pool of exceptional retail leaders for current and future Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager opportunities.

You'll lead from the front – inspiring, coaching and developing passionate teams, driving commercial performance and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

We're looking for leaders who thrive in fast-paced retail environments, love developing people and have the drive to make things happen!

Day by Day, You Will

• Drive sales, smash KPIs and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

• Lead, inspire and empower high-performing teams through coaching, training and development.

• Monitor store, team and individual performance – celebrating wins and identifying opportunities for improvement.

• Take ownership of store operations, including wage management, rostering and stock control.

• Bring energy and attention to detail to visual merchandising, stock management and loss prevention.

• Create a positive, inclusive and performance-driven store culture.

What You Bring

• Previous leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment, ideally within big box or high-volume retail.

• Strong commercial acumen – you know your sales figures, wage percentages and stock metrics.

• A genuine passion for developing people and building successful teams.

• Excellent operational skills across rostering, visual merchandising and loss prevention.

• A hands-on leadership style and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

• A true 'Make It Happen' mindset – you're solutions-focused, ambitious and ready for a challenge!
