Leadership & Culture

Operational Excellence

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with all company policies and regulations.
• Lead inventory management, pricing, product presentation, and seasonal merchandising.
• Ensure health, safety, and security standards are met at all times.
• Review financial performance, manage expenditures, and drive profitability.
• Oversee banking, reconciliations, and reporting of sales and operations.

Education, Training and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years work experience in the retail industry.
• Minimum of 1 year work experience in a supervisory role in a retail environment.
• Proven experience leading within a unionized environment and labour relations management.
• Provide Basical Criminal Background check.
• Provincial Cannabis Certification – Smart Choices

Working Conditions

• Some travel may be required.
• Ability to attend and conduct presentations.
• Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.
