Project Coordinator

We are currently seeking and have an immediate opening for a qualified and motivated individual to fill the position of Project Coordinator, based out of Paradise, NL location.

In this role, you will coordinate projects from initiation through completion, ensuring customer requirements are understood, timelines are met, and deliverables are completed accurately. Combining strong organizational skills with technical knowledge of valve, automation, and instrumentation products, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, coordinate project activities, and help deliver reliable solutions that support customer success and business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support for valve, automation, and instrumentation products.
• Review customer specifications, applications, and operating requirements to identify appropriate products and solutions that align with project needs.
• Coordinate project activities to ensure deliverables are organized, completed accurately, and aligned with project requirements.
• Manage day-to-day project activities, provide administrative and organizational support, and monitor timelines and progress to ensure key milestones and deadlines are met.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong relationships and providing timely communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and resolve project issues, escalating concerns when necessary to minimize delays and maintain progress.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to clarify requirements and ensure project alignment.
• Provide technical guidance and support to customers and internal stakeholders as required.
• Participate in manufacturer training and ongoing technical development to expand product and industry knowledge.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and status updates to support effective project tracking and reporting.
• Other duties as assigned. 

Requirements:

• Previous experience in project coordination, project administration, or a related role is strongly preferred, preference will be given individuals with technical aptitude industrial valve products, applications, and industry standards.
• Experience working with customers in the oil and gas, energy, utilities, or other major industrial sectors is considered an asset.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying and resolving issues.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Quick learner with the ability to develop technical knowledge and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications; experience with project management or CRM systems is an asset.
