Operations Call for Talent: Join Our A-Team

About us

Founded in 2015 in Athens, Greece, Welcome Pickups goes beyond the standard airport transfer. We were the first company to offer a complete, personalised travel experience in the destination itself. From the moment travellers land somewhere new until their journey home, we take care of what they need: airport and city transfers, sightseeing trips and local tips, in the easiest, friendliest and most personal way possible.

Our drivers are local experts who share what they know about their city, so travellers feel at home wherever they are. Today we operate in 350+ cities worldwide, working with thousands of drivers, fleet partners, hotels and travel companies. Along the way, we've built a people-centric culture and a high-energy place to work where your impact shows every day.

This isn't a typical job ad.

This post isn't for one specific role. It's our open call for Operations A-Players: exceptional people we'd love to meet before the right role opens.

• Your application won't be tied to a specific vacancy.
• If your profile matches what we look for, our Talent Acquisition team will reach out for a short intro call.
• If we have a relevant role open, we'll talk it through with you. If not, we'll keep your profile on file and contact you first when something that fits comes up.

Why now?
We're scaling faster than ever. This year, Airbnb started offering airport pickups by Welcome Pickups directly in its app in cities across Europe, Asia and Latin America. That means more destinations, more partners, more drivers and more travellers counting on us every day.

To keep up, we're evolving our Operations function, and new roles open often, sometimes at short notice. We want to be ready with the right people when they do.
