What will your functions be?

En TIBA nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Asesor de Servicio al Cliente Aduanero, responsable de brindar acompañamiento y soporte a los clientes en los procesos relacionados con operaciones de comercio exterior, garantizando una atención oportuna, eficiente y orientada al servicio.

Responsabilidades

• Brindar atención y asesoría a clientes sobre procesos de importación.
• Gestionar y hacer seguimiento a trámites aduaneros.
• Revisar y presentar registros y documentación requerida para las operaciones.
• Mantener comunicación constante con clientes y áreas operativas para garantizar el cumplimiento de los procesos.
• Resolver inquietudes y dar respuesta oportuna a las solicitudes de los clientes.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos internos y la normativa vigente.

What are we looking for?

• Técnico, tecnólogo o profesional en Comercio Exterior, Negocios Internacionales, Administración o carreras afines.
• Experiencia en procesos aduaneros y de servicio al cliente.
• Conocimiento en trámites de importación.
• Manejo y presentación de registros y documentación aduanera.
• Conocimiento de la normatividad aduanera y procesos de comercio exterior.
• Excelente comunicación verbal y escrita.
• Alta orientación al cliente y vocación de servicio.
