Inside Sales Representative – Mechanical Division

Overview:  EH Price Solutions is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our Mechanical Division in the Markham office. This role is more than traditional sales support. The successful candidate will be involved in reviewing project requirements, preparing HVAC equipment quotations, coordinating with outside sales, engineering teams, vendors, and customers, and supporting the overall quotation process from intake to submission. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, technically curious, and interested in growing within the HVAC industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Review mechanical drawings, specifications, schedules, and project requirements.
• Prepare equipment selections and quotations for HVAC-related products.
• Coordinate with outside sales representatives, customers, vendors, and internal engineering teams.
• Follow up on quotations, revisions, addenda, and project updates.
• Assist with product selections, pricing, technical documentation, and submittal information.
• Maintain accurate records of quotation activity, project details, and communication.
• Support the sales team with day-to-day project coordination and customer service.
• Develop product knowledge across various HVAC and mechanical equipment lines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, project coordination, estimating, or HVAC/mechanical equipment is preferred.
• Mechanical/HVAC background, technical education, or related industry experience would be an asset.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and specifications is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, email, and quotation/CRM systems.
• Willingness to learn technical products and work in a team-based environment.
