5. Functional Excellence — Member Service

You keep the club running behind the scenes — ensuring spaces are clean, safe, well-presented and always member-ready, including safe supervision of aquatic areas where required.

Key accountabilities include:

• Maintain high presentation standards across all member areas, including changerooms, gym floor, studios, pool and shared spaces
• Complete cleaning, restocking and reset routines consistently and to standard
• Ensure amenities are always stocked, clean and ready for use
• Support smooth class changeovers, keeping spaces prepared and on time
• Identify and action presentation issues quickly
• Follow all safety, hygiene and operational procedures

• Work efficiently across shifts to maintain a consistently high standard throughout the day
• Take pride in the details — noticing what others might miss and acting on it
• Work closely with all departments to to support a seamless member experience

Acquatics (where applicable):

• Provide active and vigilant supervision of pool areas at all times
• Ensure all safety and lifeguarding protocols are followed, including emergency response procedures
• Maintain required qualifications and remain rescue-ready during all pool shifts
• Monitor pool environment, behaviour and risks, taking immediate action where needed
• Support a safe, clean and well-presented aquatic environment

To land this gig… and your ongoing mindset

• You have >1 year of relevant experience and flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule.
• You have aligned experience. You know what it’s like to work with a high-profile consumer brand and thrive on keeping environments immaculate and operations running like clockwork. You may also have some experience in cleaning, housekeeping or maintaining high presentation standards in fast-paced environments. A+ for you.
