Service Technician, Fire Safety

What You’ll Do

• Inspect, repair, and maintain vehicle fire suppression systems and related fire and life safety equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and system testing to ensure compliance and reliability
• Conduct life safety inspections and audits, providing practical recommendations for follow-up service
• Deliver site-specific training to equipment owners and end users
• Represent Levitt-Safety on-site by providing professional, safety-focused customer service
• Work independently and as part of a team in active industrial environments

 
What We’re Looking For

• Strong mechanical aptitude and a hands-on mindset
• Experience working with vehicles, heavy equipment, or mechanical systems (shop, fleet, industrial, or similar environments)
• Passion for safety, quality work, and continuous learning
• Comfortable communicating with customers and site contacts
• Ability to use computers and mobile devices for reporting and documentation
• Bilingual (English & French) with the ability to communicate confidently in both
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test

Fire protection or life safety experience is an asset but not required - we provide training.
