Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and finish pastry products according to PAUL recipes and quality standards
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation and portion control
• Follow all food safety, hygiene and HACCP procedures
• Maintain proper storage and handling of raw materials and finished products
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the Pastry Kitchen Manager
• Minimize waste and ensure proper recording of damaged or out-of-specification products
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and equipment
• Work closely with the pastry and kitchen teams to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

• Previous experience of 3–5 years as a Pastry Chef in a bakery, pastry shop or restaurant

• Passion for pastry and attention to detail

• Professionalism, reliability and strong work ethic

• Team-oriented attitude and positive mindset

• Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Basic knowledge of English will be considered an advantage

• Valid Health Certificate required for employment in food service establishments

• Food Safety / HACCP certification will be considered an asset
