Sales Development Representative - B2B Outbound Sales

Devsinc is hiring a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 1–2 years of experience in international B2B outbound sales, lead generation, LinkedIn prospecting, and pipeline development.

In this role, you will identify and engage prospective clients across the North American (U.S. & Canada) and EMEA markets through strategic outbound outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email campaigns, and other sales engagement channels. You will play a pivotal role in driving pipeline growth by partnering with Sales Managers and Account Executives to identify, qualify, and convert prospective opportunities into a consistent pipeline of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).

Responsibilities:

• Research target industries, companies, and key decision-makers across the North American (U.S. & Canada) and EMEA markets based on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
• Build high-quality prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Salesloft, Outreach.io, company websites, and other lead generation platforms.
• Identify, research, and engage key stakeholders, including CEOs, CTOs, CISOs, CMOs, Heads of Engineering, and other senior decision-makers through targeted outbound prospecting and account research.
• Execute personalized multi-channel outbound prospecting campaigns through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email, and other approved outreach channels, managing structured outreach sequences for lead generation, follow-ups, and qualified meeting bookings.
• Identify, engage, qualify, and nurture prospective clients using BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline), ICP validation, MQL-to-SQL qualification criteria, and business pain points before handoff to Account Executives.
• Book 2–3 qualified discovery meetings daily and consistently deliver at least 8 Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) per month for the assigned region (North America or EMEA), while achieving established lead generation, pipeline, and performance targets.
• Build, manage, and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities by tracking prospect engagement, pipeline progression, and conversion metrics throughout the sales cycle.
• Maintain accurate records in approved CRM platforms, including HubSpot CRM, Salesforce, and Zoho CRM, ensuring timely updates of outreach activities, follow-ups, pipeline status, and sales performance metrics.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to align messaging, Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), outbound strategies, and account expansion opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Business/Sales Development, Outbound B2B Sales, Lead Generation, preferably serving international markets.
• Proven experience in outbound prospecting, lead generation, pipeline development, lead qualification, and appointment setting.
• Strong understanding of the B2B sales lifecycle, including Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), BANT, and sales handoff processes.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, meeting professional U.S. business standards.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or Pipedrive.
• Proficiency with outbound sales and prospecting tools, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Instantly, Salesloft, Cognism, LeadIQ, RocketReach, Hunter.io, ContactOut, Smartlead.ai, and Google Workspace (G Suite).
• Experience selling or supporting sales for software development, IT services, staff augmentation, digital transformation, or other technology solutions is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of North American and EMEA buyer behaviour, enterprise sales cycles, procurement processes, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to conduct account research, identify buying signals, map decision-makers, and engage multiple stakeholders within target organisations.
