Join Advara HeartCare as a part-time Medical Receptionist based at our Joondalup clinic. The days will be 8am-5pm Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.

You’ll play an important role in creating a positive experience for our patients while providing essential administrative support to our doctors and clinical team.

What you’ll be doing

• Welcoming and supporting patients
• Managing phones, enquiries and appointments
• Coordinating doctor diaries and cardiac testing
• Processing referrals and patient information
• Providing accurate and efficient administration
• Supporting doctors and the wider clinic team
• Ensuring our patients receive a friendly, professional experience from the moment they arrive

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a genuine passion for patient care
• Is friendly, professional and confident
• Has excellent communication and attention to detail
• Is organised and able to manage competing priorities
• Is comfortable using technology and learning new systems
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Has previous medical reception or healthcare experience (highly regarded)
