We’re looking for a passionate, patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our team for a 6–9 month maternity leave contract, with a target start date between December 2026 and January 2027.

Whether you’re early in your career or bring years of experience, you’ll be supported by an experienced team and have access to modern technology and a broad range of clinical services.

The Opportunity

• Position: Associate Dentist
• Contract: 6–9-month maternity leave coverage
• Target Start Date: December 2026 – January 2027
• Schedule: Wednesdays & Thursdays, 7:00 am – 3:00 pm
• Compensation: 40% commission on collections
• Location: Downtown Calgary

What You’ll Do

• Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and develop patient-centered treatment plans
• Provide preventive, restorative, and general dentistry services
• Perform routine procedures including restorations and simple extractions
• Administer local anesthesia safely and effectively
• Build strong, trusting relationships with patients
• Educate patients on oral health, prevention, and long-term maintenance
• Collaborate with the hygiene and clinical teams to provide seamless patient care
• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation

What You’ll Bring

• DDS/DMD degree and an active license in good standing to practice in Alberta
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first approach
• Confidence practicing independently
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
• Collaborative, team-oriented attitude
