As Regional Head B2G Sales, you will drive business growth by developing strategic partnerships with Government entities and public-sector organizations across the region. You’ll identify high-value opportunities, lead tender and contract pursuits, and bring together JazzWorld’s connectivity and digital capabilities to deliver solutions that address public-sector needs.

We’re looking for an experienced sales leader who understands Pakistan’s public-sector landscape, builds strong government relationships and translates opportunities into sustainable revenue growth.

What you’ll own

• Drive regional revenue growth by setting sales priorities while personally pursuing high-value government opportunities and strategic accounts.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies, identifying tenders, projects and partnerships that can deliver sustainable business growth.
• Build senior-level relationships with government stakeholders, engaging directly to understand priorities, shape opportunities and secure strategic partnerships.
• Take hands-on ownership of critical tenders and bids, from opportunity qualification and pre-bid meetings to proposal development, commercial negotiations and contract closure.
• Develop tailored business propositions and coordinate with internal teams to address public-sector requirements through JazzWorld’s connectivity and digital solutions.
• Lead the regional team, setting clear targets and priorities while actively coaching team members and supporting the execution of key opportunities.
• Work closely with Product, Service Delivery, CRA and other stakeholders to resolve issues, manage contract deliverables and ensure effective project execution.
• Monitor regional performance, market developments and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and make informed business decisions.
• Ensure government engagements, bids and contracts comply with applicable legal, regulatory and company requirements.

• Effective execution of government contracts, with timely resolution of customer issues and delivery against agreed commitments.
• A high-performing regional team that meets business targets, supported by active leadership and hands-on involvement in critical opportunities.

Requirements

You may be a strong fit if you:

• Bring 12-14+ years of experience in sales, business development or strategic partnerships, with a focus on public sector business.
• Have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and securing high-value business opportunities.
• Understand the local public-sector landscape, government procurement processes, tendering and contract management.
• Build strong relationships with senior government stakeholders and navigate complex business environments.
• Bring strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and the ability to develop compelling business proposals.
• Have experience leading teams, managing strategic accounts and delivering business results.
• Combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to pursue opportunities, close deals and drive growth.
