The Opportunity

As a Lead Medical Assistant at our Littleton, New Hampshire urgent care clinic, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the clinic’s daily operations while providing clinical leadership and guidance to the medical assistant team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare, team leadership, and workflow coordination, and must be a certified or registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA).

This is a dual-role position: in addition to lead responsibilities, you will remain an active member of the clinical team, working scheduled clinical shifts alongside your peers and supporting high-quality patient care.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is looking for a company where their work is valued and recognized by leadership. If you are skilled in relationship building, are a strong team-player, and thrive in a fast-paced role where you’re balancing multiple responsibilities at one time, we encourage you to apply!
