The Marketing Communications (MarCom) Manager is responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing communication strategies to enhance the hotel's brand awareness, reputation, and revenue performance. The role oversees public relations, digital marketing, social media, content creation, media relations, advertising, brand compliance, and promotional campaigns while ensuring alignment with the hotel's business objectives and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Communications & Branding

Develop and execute annual marketing and communication plans to support business goals.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all communication channels.
Maintain and strengthen the hotel's brand positioning within the local and international markets.
Ensure all marketing materials comply with brand standards and corporate guidelines.

Public Relations & Media Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, tourism organizations, and industry partners.
Prepare press releases, media kits, newsletters, and corporate communications.
Organize media visits, press conferences, product launches, and promotional events.
Monitor media coverage and identify opportunities for positive brand exposure.

Digital Marketing & Social Media

Manage the hotel's social media platforms and digital presence.
Develop engaging content for social media, website, email campaigns, and online advertising.
Coordinate digital marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and bookings.
Monitor online reputation and respond appropriately to guest feedback and reviews.

Content Development

Oversee the creation of marketing collateral including brochures, advertisements, videos, photography, and promotional materials.
Coordinate photo and video shoots to showcase hotel facilities, restaurants, events, and guest experiences.
Create compelling content and storytelling that aligns with the brand voice.

Website & E-Commerce Support

Manage website content updates and ensure information is current and accurate.
Support SEO and SEM initiatives to improve search visibility and website traffic.
Work closely with revenue and sales teams to promote offers, packages, and campaigns.

Campaign Management

Plan and execute seasonal promotions, hotel events, F&B campaigns, weddings, conferences, and special offers.
Monitor campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements to maximize ROI.
Support pre-opening and hotel activation campaigns as required.

Budget & Reporting

Manage the marketing communication budget effectively.
Track campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools.
Prepare monthly reports on PR value, social media performance, website traffic, and marketing initiatives.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
