このポジションは、卸売業者や小売業者を含む主要顧客グループとのビジネス関係をリードします。 KPIを達成し、収益性の高い売上成長を達成するために、機会を特定し、障害を克服し、顧客との計画を立案し、交渉し、実行する責任を負います。

What You Can Expect

• 各顧客のビジネス、戦略、目標を深く理解し、 データとインサイトを効果的に活用することでビジネスの機会と脅威を浮き彫りにし、ビジネス上の意思決定を推進します。

• 卸や小売業者と相互に有益な関係を構築し、 価格設定、商品ポートフォリオ、取引条件、販促活動、店頭露出拡大と活性化など、顧客計画の策定と実行をします。また、 半期毎の顧客との進捗会議・商談を計画し、リードします。

• 多様な顧客を適切に管理し、正確な需要予測を立案し、販促プログラムの効果及び効率性を随時モニターし、リベートその他予算を適正に配分することで収益性の高いビジネスの成長を促進します。

• 営業企画統括部、トレードマーケティング部、その他の部門と部門横断的に協力し、課題や機会、今後の計画、業績、ビジネスで得られた知見に関して様々なステークホルダーと透明性のある議論を行います。

What You Bring to the Table

• 3年以上のFMCG業界における卸・小売とのネットワーク、アカウントマネジメント経験

• 戦略的思考に基づく優れたビジネスセンスと判断力

• 誠実で高潔であること

• 結果に対する意欲の高さ

• 上司のサポートを得ながら社内外と生産的な関係を構築し、ビジネス上の提案に対して合意を得る能力

• 明確な方向性を定め、優先順位をつけ、複数のビジネス目標を整理し、特定の期限までに完了するようマネージする能力

• 協調性のあるチームプレーヤーであり、強いコンフリクトマネジメントスキルを有する

• 適応力があり、多少の困難も柔軟に克服することが出来る 

• 説得力のあるコミュニケーションスキル（影響力、傾聴力、プレゼンテーション能力、文書作成能力）を持つ。分析の結果を明確かつ簡潔に、そしてチャートやスライド等で図式化して説明できること。

What Makes You Unique

• プレミアム及びスーパープレミアム輸入スピリッツ業界（卸及び小売）における取引マージンやリベートに関する知識を有するアルコール業界経験者

• 外資系企業（特に米国または欧州系企業）での勤務経験

• 英語力
