Veterinarian - Parkwest Pet Clinic

Veterinarian – Parkwest Pet Clinic - Help Us Relaunch and Welcome Back Our Community!

About Us & Our Next Chapter

Are you looking for a supportive veterinary team where you can continue to grow your skills, build lasting relationships with your patients and clients, and play an important role in a clinic’s next chapter?

Parkwest Pet Clinic is preparing to reopen our doors in Edmonton, Alberta, with an anticipated reopening in November, and we are looking for an Associate Veterinarian to join us for this fresh chapter.

As many in our neighborhood know, recent West LRT construction directly impacted accessibility to the clinic, requiring us to temporarily pause operations for a planned three-month period. During this hiatus, our previous DVM transitioned to a new chapter, which naturally extended our closure while we searched for the right veterinarian to join our team.

With the construction disruptions now behind us, we are excited to relaunch Parkwest Pet Clinic and welcome our community back!

Why Join Us

At Parkwest Pet Clinic, we value teamwork, communication, and building strong relationships with the clients and pets we serve. As we reopen, you’ll have the opportunity to play an important role in re-establishing the clinic and providing continuity of care for our returning clients while building relationships with new ones.

We believe there is always more to learn, no matter where you are in your veterinary career. You’ll have the opportunity to work alongside a supportive team, contribute your own experience and knowledge, and help shape the next chapter of the clinic.

At Parkwest, you can expect:

• A supportive and collaborative team that values communication and teamwork
• A positive environment focused on professional development and continued learning
• The opportunity to welcome back our dedicated, long-term clients and establish trust with new ones
• The chance to help rebuild and grow the clinic’s client relationships and community presence
• A team that values each individual’s strengths, interests, and career goals
• The opportunity to build meaningful, long-term relationships with clients and their pets
• A welcoming clinic culture where everyone’s contributions are valued

With an amusement park, waterpark, ice rink, restaurants, and countless other attractions, there’s always something new to explore.

Whether you’re looking for outdoor adventure, cultural experiences, or a great place to build your career, Edmonton has something for everyone.
