Main Responsibilities:

Local Store Marketing

• Manage and execute Local Store Marketing activities for assigned stores.

• Work closely with Operations, Area Coaches, and Store Managers to ensure successful execution of local marketing campaigns.

• Develop and recommend local marketing initiatives based on market trends, customer insights, and business opportunities.

• Coordinate the production and distribution of local marketing materials.

• Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements to maximize marketing effectiveness.

• Ensure all LSM activities are executed within approved budgets and timelines.

• Prepare post-campaign reports and provide recommendations for future improvements.

New Store Opening

• Lead marketing execution for assigned new store opening projects.

• Coordinate with Operations, Construction, Mall Management, suppliers, and agencies to ensure smooth execution.

• Ensure all marketing materials, promotional activities, and store opening communication are completed according to schedule.

• Support grand opening events and local activation activities.

• Monitor new store opening campaign performance and prepare post-opening reports.

Marketing Campaign Execution

• Execute marketing campaigns according to the annual marketing calendar.

• Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to ensure timely campaign delivery.

• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and campaign performance.

• Ensure all marketing communications comply with Bonchon Brand Guidelines.

• Support the implementation of promotional campaigns across all assigned stores.

Market Intelligence

• Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and customer behavior.

• Collect and analyze campaign performance data.

• Prepare regular performance reports and presentations.

​Cross-functional Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, SCM, R&D, P&C, Mall Management, suppliers, and marketing agencies.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing activities support business objectives.

• Support departmental projects and perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.

• Recommend improvement opportunities based on campaign results and market insights.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.

• 3–5 years of experience in Marketing, Local Store Marketing, Trade Marketing, Retail Marketing or related fields.

• Experience in QSR, Retail, Food & Beverage, or Hospitality businesses is preferred.

• Good project management and coordination skills.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good command of both Thai and English.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
