หน้าที่รับผิดชอบหลัก (Main Responsibilities):

1.วางแผนควบคุมและ บริหารโครงการด้านวิศวกรรมตั้งแต่การศึกษาแนวคิด (Concept) การออกแบบ การจัดซื้อ การติดตั้ง การทดสอบ และการส่งมอบโครงการ จัดทำแผนโครงการ (Project Schedule) กำหนดงบประมาณ และบริหารทรัพยากรให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย

2.จัดทำและตรวจสอบเอกสารทางวิศวกรรม เช่น Layout, P&ID, Equipment Specification, URS, FAT, SAT และ Commissioning Plan

3.เป็นตัวแทนฝ่ายวิศวกรรมในการดำเนินโครงการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ (NPD) ร่วมกับฝ่าย R&D, Production, Quality, Supply Chain และ Sales

4.สนับสนุนโครงการเพิ่มกำลังการผลิต (Capacity Expansion) การปรับปรุงไลน์การผลิต (Line Improvement) และโครงการลดต้นทุน (Cost Reduction)

5.สนับสนุนการติดตั้งเครื่องจักรใหม่ การขยายกำลังการผลิต การย้ายไลน์การผลิต และการปรับปรุงโรงงาน

6.ประสานงานกับฝ่ายปฏิบัติการ ฝ่ายผลิต ฝ่ายอาคารสถานที่ และหน่วยงานอื่น ๆ เกี่ยวกับความต้องการด้านการซ่อมบำรุง

วิเคราะห์และปรับปรุง Reliability ของเครื่องจักรและระบบ Utility/Critical Equipment

7.วิเคราะห์ Equipment Failure และจัดทำ RCA / Corrective & Preventive Action

8.พัฒนา Reliability Improvement Program เพื่อลด Breakdown และ Unplanned Downtime

9.สนับสนุนการกำหนด Critical Equipment และ Critical Spare Parts

10.ทำงานร่วมกับ Maintenance เพื่อพัฒนา Preventive Maintenance และ Predictive Maintenance

11.ผลักดัน Reliability Engineering และ Life Cycle Cost ของเครื่องจักร

ค้นหาและดำเนินโครงการลดการใช้พลังงาน เช่น Electricity, Steam, Compressed Air, Chilled Water และ Water

* วิเคราะห์ Energy Consumption และหา Energy Saving Opportunities

* พัฒนาโครงการด้าน Energy Efficiency / Energy Optimization

* ประเมิน Saving, Investment และ Payback Period ของโครงการ

* ติดตามและรายงานผล Energy Saving อย่างต่อเนื่อง

* สนับสนุนการใช้ Renewable Energy และ Energy Management System ของโรงงาน

ระบบคุณภาพ (System Quality):

• ปฏิบัติตามระบบและมาตรฐานการบริหารจัดการคุณภาพที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมด ซึ่งรวมถึง BRC-CP, ISO 9001, GMP Cosmetics, GMP Hazardous, HALAL, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 และ SMETA.

• ปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบ ข้อกำหนด และนโยบายด้านความปลอดภัยของบริษัทอย่างเคร่งครัด

•  ควบคุมและบริหารจัดการการดำเนินงานในขอบเขตความรับผิดชอบ เพื่อลดผลกระทบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมให้เหลือน้อยที่สุด และเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่ามีการปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมที่เกี่ยวข้อง

คุณสมบัติ (Qualifications):

• ปริญญาตรีหรือ ปวส. ด้านวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล ไฟฟ้า อุตสาหการ อาคาร หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

• มีประสบการณ์ด้านวิศวกรรม/ซ่อมบำรุง 5–8 ปี และมีประสบการณ์ระดับหัวหน้างานหรือหัวหน้าทีม

• มีความรู้ด้าน Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance และ CMMS

• มีความรู้ด้าน Safety, Risk Assessment และ Contractor Control

• มีทักษะด้านการวางแผน แก้ไขปัญหา การสื่อสาร และบริหารทีม

• สามารถใช้ AutoCAD, SolidWorks หรือ Software ด้านการออกแบบที่เกี่ยวข้อง

• มีความรู้ด้าน CAPEX Management, Lean/Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis, FMEA และ Hazard Assessment
