Responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated media campaigns across offline, online, paid social, and owned social channels. This role ensures effective media investment, strong brand visibility, and engagement while managing media agencies, KOLs, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver marketing objectives and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Offline Media Planning & Execution

Execute offline media campaigns in line with approved marketing plans and budgets.
Manage TVC, billboard, DOOH, OOH, TVPR tie-ins, radio, and print media placements.
Explore and recommend new media opportunities to improve brand reach and visibility.
Coordinate with media agencies to ensure timely campaign implementation.

2. Online Media & Paid Social Management

Execute full-funnel digital media campaigns across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages.
Manage paid social and boost campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X (Twitter), and LINE Official Account.
Monitor media performance and optimize campaigns to maximize effectiveness and ROI.
Collaborate with agencies to improve CPM, CTR, CPA, engagement, and conversion metrics.

3. Owned Social Media & KOL Management

Manage day-to-day social media content publishing across brand channels.
Ensure timely posting of marketing campaigns and promotional content.
Coordinate with KOLs, influencers, and agencies to support campaign execution.
Monitor content performance and engagement trends to improve effectiveness.

4. Media Performance Monitoring & Optimization

Track and monitor media performance on a daily basis.
Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Prepare performance reports and present recommendations to stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal teams and agencies to troubleshoot campaign issues and implement corrective actions promptly.

5. Media Planning & Agency Management

Develop monthly media plans aligned with marketing calendars and campaign objectives.
Prepare full-funnel media briefs for agency execution.
Lead coordination with media agencies and participate in marketing synchronization meetings.
Ensure media plans meet business goals and are delivered on schedule.

6. Budget Planning & Control

Monitor and track media spending against approved budgets.
Prepare budget utilization reports and provide recommendations for optimization.
Ensure cost efficiency and effective allocation of media investments.

7. Campaign Asset Coordination & Brand Visibility

Coordinate with Creative, Brand, and Agency teams to ensure marketing assets are delivered on time.
Adapt and localize key visuals for various media formats.
Conduct store visits and monitor campaign visibility across key touchpoints.
Ensure consistent brand communication across all channels.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Marketing, Media Planning, Digital Marketing, Social Media, or Integrated Marketing Communications.
Strong understanding of offline and digital media channels.
Experience managing media agencies, creative agencies, and influencers/KOLs.
Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube, LINE OA, and social media platforms.
Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting campaign performance data.
Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
