What You’ll Do
- Cultivate and sustain long-term partnerships with high-value customers focused on profitable growth and high retention for SOTI.
- Employ strategic planning to expand the client base, increase deal size, and achieve aggressive revenue growth targets.
- Lead complex, full-cycle sales campaigns, leveraging buyer-centric selling techniques. This includes leading customer and partner engagements, negotiating commercial agreements, and developing commercial terms.
- Effectively collaborate with partners to drive joint sales efforts, delivering on SOTI’s strategic vision within customer environments. Create and implement strategies that showcase SOTI's role as a leading mobility platform.
- Act as the lead communicator between SOTI, customers, and partners to address escalations, handle legal matters, and collaborate on corporate communications. Work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Partner with Field Marketing to develop and execute growth strategies. Present Quarterly Territory Plans to Leadership, outlining progress, outcomes, and recommendations for pipeline development.
- Drive business growth by identifying, engaging, and converting new customer opportunities while expanding our portfolio of new logo accounts.
- Represent SOTI at industry events, trade shows, and partner conferences to expand network reach and drive brand presence.
Experience You’ll Bring
- 6+ years of progressive experience in SaaS sales, including proven success in managing complex sales cycles and high-value accounts.
- Demonstrated expertise in enterprise sales, with strong skills in champion / mobilizer development and consultative selling
- Curious and committed to professional growth
- Outstanding presentation and written/verbal communication skills; experience conducting web demos and business reviews for executive audiences.
