INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY
PROJECT SUPPORT
Be part of an exciting Project!
We need reliable, detail-oriented persons to support our team during the project.
Work with our Finance & Operations teams and gain real-world experience!
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will help our Project Team test, verify and record data on the project.
This is a great opportunity to learn, grow and gain real-world experience!
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Help organize and file project documents – both paper and electronic.
- Enter information into our systems carefully and accurately.
- Help validate data everyday.
- Record test results and note any issues you spot.
- Help keep our lists of issues up to date.
- Give general support to the project team.
1. KNOWLEDGE
- Fundamental accounting concepts – debits and credits, the general ledger, and reconciliation
- Awareness of data confidentiality and data protection principles
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office – Excel, Word and Outlook
- Basic understanding of financial products (loans, deposits, fixed deposits)
- Basic exposure to systems
- Principles of document and records management
2. SKILLS
- Accurate, high-volume data entry
- Microsoft Excel – data entry, sorting and filtering, basic formulas
- Clear, consistent record keeping and logging
- Organizing and filing documents – hard and soft copies using version control
- Written and verbal communication
- Time management and prioritization
3. ABILITIES
- High attention to detail and accuracy, including in repetitive tasks
- Ability to follow structured procedures
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive data responsibly
- Ability to identify, flag and escalate discrepancies appropriately
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced project environment
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
