Job Title - Sales Agent
Location - Grey Street, Newcastle (Office Based)
Hours - Monday - Friday, 8:30 - 5:00pm
About the Role
We are looking for motivated and driven Sales Agents to join our growing Sales department.
This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective customers, and helping businesses find the right solutions for their needs. You will play a key role in supporting business growth while developing your own sales skills and career within a fast-paced and ambitious environment.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Generating new business opportunities through outbound and inbound sales activity.
- Building relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
- Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable solutions.
- Managing the sales process from enquiry through to completion.
- Achieving individual sales and performance targets.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and sales activity.
- Providing an excellent customer experience throughout every interaction.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and wider business teams.
