After acquiring Juniper Reproductive Health and completing a seed extension in 2025, we are now entering an exciting phase of growth. As we scale, we’re building a team of mission-driven, high-performing individuals passionate about transforming employer-funded healthcare.

The next step in our journey? We’re looking for a passionate Senior Product Designer to join the team.

The Role:

You will own the design of our entire product ecosystem. You are responsible for the user interface and experience of our patient mobile app and our web-based clinical/admin portal. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role. You’ll join a small, senior product/engineering team, so day-to-day autonomy, proactive communication, and self-management are essential.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Design: Lead the design process from research and user flows to clearly specced, dev-ready designs, with regular review and feedback cycles built around sprint and roadmap priorities.
• Cross-Platform Execution: Design, iterate, and maintain features for our mobile app (iOS/Android) and web dashboards.
• Design System Ownership: Partner with engineering to build and manage a scalable design system, ensuring consistency between design and code.
• Accessibility: Ensure all products meet accessibility standards to support a diverse patient and clinical audience.
• Collaboration: Work with Engineering and Product to define requirements, navigate technical constraints, and ship high-quality features.
• Brand Stewardship: Maintain visual identity across all products and support occasional wider design needs (e.g., assets or decks) as required in a small team.

Your Skillset:

• Product Design Generalist: Highly capable across both UX (logic, flows, structure) and UI (patterns, typography, visual craft).
• Product Sense: Confidence in building the right solutions to serve business and customer needs, balancing best practices with design intuition.
• Systems Thinking: Ability to design specific features while accounting for their impact on the broader system and different user types.
• Pragmatic Execution: You balance craft with the speed of a startup, knowing when to use established patterns vs. bespoke solutions – and you’re exploring where AI tools can help you work faster or better.
• Figma Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Figma, including component libraries and interactive prototyping with good file hygiene.
• Communication: Clearly articulate the "why" behind design decisions, balancing clinical, technical, and commercial perspectives to align stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience shipping functional digital products (mobile and web).
• Experience working in a high-growth startup.
• Preferred: Experience in healthcare or managing sensitive user data.

• Stage 2: Call with the Head of Product (30 mins, virtual), covering how you work and your experience
• Stage 3: Portfolio deep-dive and design task presentation with the Heads of Product and Engineering (60 mins)
• Stage 4: Meet the people you’ll work with day to day, including Clinical, Client Services and Engineering, onsite at our office in London Bridge and finish with a chat with our Executive Director (90 mins)
