About Pixii

Pixii develops modular battery energy storage systems that help customers improve grid utilisation, support electrification, and integrate renewable energy. Founded in Norway in 2018, Pixii has deployed more than 5,500 systems globally. The company combines expertise in power electronics, software, and energy management to deliver scalable solutions for utilities, EPCs, EV charging operators, and commercial & industrial customers. Our Power Conversion & Control team is at the heart of what we build — and this role sits at the centre of that engineering effort.

The role

The Senior Power Electronics Engineer plays a key role in the development of Pixii’s power electronic converters, supporting Lead Electrical Engineers with design, simulation, testing, and verification.

The role requires strong theoretical and practical expertise in power electronics, with particular focus on power semiconductors, magnetics, thermal design, EMI/EMC, efficiency optimization, and testing.
