• Ensure smooth, safe, and efficient kitchen operations.
• Assist with menu development and seasonal ingredient selection.
• Maintain food quality, preparation, and presentation standards.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, storage, and stock rotation procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
• Manage kitchen equipment and hotel assets responsibly.
• Participate in training and support team development.
• Maintain good communication and cooperation with other departments.
