Winter Ski Camp 2026: Onsite Cleaning and Facility Staff

English Adventure, the Japan leader in English-language outdoor programs, is hiring for our upcoming camps!

Job Description

English Adventure staff are some of the biggest reasons that kids become Happy Campers, and want to come back to camp again and again. Your enthusiasm and caring can help create an experience that kids will remember for the rest of their lives.

The Onsite Cleaning Staff will take care of making sure that our campsite stays clean and sanitary for our staff and campers. Their duties will include vacuuming, mopping floors, cleaning toilets, windows and common areas, replacing trash cans, toilet paper and soap as well as other daily cleaning tasks. They will also be in charge of clearing walkways and entrances of snow so may need to work outside in snowy conditions during winter, and may be working outdoors in the heat during summer.
