Summary of the Role

• Work closely with distributors to create and implement sales plans to achieve business goals and targets.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
• Conducting presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of the products or services.
• Assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to generate leads and support sales efforts.
• Analyse sales and marketing data, including market trends, competitors’ activities and customer feedback to track performance, generate reports, and provide insights and recommendations for improving sales and marketing strategies.
  

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy Development

• Work with distributors to develop a comprehensive understanding of the clients’ profile and needs.
• Creating and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve business goals and targets.

2. Client Relationship Management

• Frequent visit and service to clients.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, handling objections and closing sales deal to achieve revenue target.
• Foster long-term, profitable customer loyalty.

3. People and Culture Building

• Collaboration with other internal and external stakeholders to ensure result
• Be accountable and have sense of ownership  
• Applies others’ diverse experiences, styles, backgrounds, and perspectives to get results
• Can take a creative idea and actively moves them onto implementation
• Shows consistency between words and actions

4. Business Partner for Organisation Development Programs

• Manage sales and support activities and distributors activities
• Ensure good relationship with business partner and manage expectations at company’s interest

5. Performance Management

• Conduct sales & marketing data analysis.
• Use analytics tools to track sales performance, generate reports and provide insights and recommendations for improving sales strategies.

6. Clinical Support & Customer Engagement 

• Provide pre-case planning support and intra-operative product support where required.

• Conduct product presentations, workshops, and in-service training sessions for healthcare professionals.

• Collaborate with surgeons and clinical teams to support safe and effective use of TA products.

• Gather customer feedback and clinical insights to support market development initiatives.

• Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), surgeons, perfusionists, nurses, and hospital stakeholders.

Functional / Technical Skills

• An individual contributor with responsibility in a professional discipline or specialty.
• Require working closely with stake holders, including distributors to provide excellent service to clients. 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
• Negotiate terms and conditions to close deals and achieve revenue target.
• Develop in-depth understanding of the company's products or services to effectively communicate their benefits with clients.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the client base.
• Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
• Support marketing activities (local & regional) initiated by marketing team.
  

Education & Experience

• Requires a Baccalaureate diploma/degree and minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in healthcare industry, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
• Requires adequate knowledge of job area especially on Cardiothoracic or Vascular, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience (minimum 3 years).
• Open to junior, mid-level, and senior candidates; title and compensation will be aligned with experience
