Assistant Director of Housing Assignments %26 Operations

The Assistant Director of Housing Assignments & Operations (AD-HAO) reports to the Director of Housing & Business Operations (DHBO) and develops and manages the housing assignments and billing processes for the Department of Housing and Residence Life utilizing the housing management system (StarRez). The AD-HAO oversees Housing Residence Life’s customer service and support and is responsible for the successful management of the department’s day-to-day support operations. The AD-HAO contributes to the housing operational & business workflows, processes, and procedures for the health, well-being, and success of TU residential students. The AD-HAO serves as a member of the department’s Senior Leadership Team, Housing & Business Operations Leadership Team, and Housing & Business Operations Housing Processes & Systems Team.
