Health systems are rapidly moving from predictive models and generative AI to autonomous agents that can take action across clinical, operational and administrative workflows. This shift creates an entirely new set of challenges around how AI is governed, monitored, managed, and orchestrated to deliver real enterprise value.

Signal 1 is the partner of choice for the most ambitious and AI-forward health systems. Our AI Management System (AIMS) enables them to manage their entire AI portfolio today while providing the infrastructure they need to confidently adopt agentic AI and whatever comes next. Our customers include leading health systems such as NewYork Presbyterian, Inova, and Mount Sinai.

We’re a small, ambitious team tackling problems that don’t yet have an established playbook. Joining Signal 1 means helping shape not only our products, but how health systems manage and put the next era of AI to work.
