• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that can be implemented directly by engineering teams.
• Design task-driven workflows for warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, loading inspection, and inventory handling.
• Design PDA interfaces optimized for speed and clarity, where minimal interaction steps are critical for frontline operators.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to understand operator workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Define user personas and user journeys for both warehouse operators and administrative users.
• Design operational dashboards and monitoring tools that allow supervisors to quickly understand system status, exceptions, and operational performance.
• Translate complex business processes and operational requirements into clear, intuitive interaction flows.
• Establish and evolve consistent design patterns, UI components, and design systems that scale across web and PDA platforms.
• Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, operational insights, and usability testing.
• Working closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Engineers to ensure designs are technically feasible and aligned with operational constraints.
