It’s a criminal offence for people who are barred from working in Regulated Activity (under the Safeguarding and Vulnerable Groups Act 2006) to apply for roles that require them to work unsupervised with that particular group (i.e. adults at risk, children or both). A DBS is required for all our roles at enhanced level. This will be requested during the recruitment process. All roles involve working with children, young people or vulnerable adults, along with the safeguarding responsibilities that this involves. ACC Care Group has a safeguarding commitment statement and is committed to promoting the welfare of vulnerable groups and every client.
Our inclusion statement applies to all applicants, and we actively welcome applicants with disabilities. If you require any reasonable adjustments for interview, please email francesca.jones@aclasscare.co.uk.
