About the job  

The JMP SEA team is looking for Inside Sales to develop the growth of Greater China market by selling JMP products to current and prospective customers in a B2B environment. We have the best product to help customers solve their problems with analytics.This role will be based in Singapore or Malaysia

As an Inside Sales, you will:  

• Proactively sell the JMP product portfolio through lead follow-up, social selling, prospecting, cold calling, up-selling, and cross-selling activities
• Manage and grow a portfolio of small to medium-sized business accounts.
• Contribute to the development and execution of strategic territory and account plans.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with key customers.
• Ensure timely and accurate distribution of quotations, qualify opportunities, and follow up to successfully close deals.
• Identify high-potential accounts, conduct thorough opportunity qualification, and accurately forecast sales cycles.
• Maintain a healthy and sufficient sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Deliver a positive customer experience through prompt and effective response to inquiries.
• Prioritize sales engagements and activities to maximize revenue generation and territory performance.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to uncover new business opportunities and support existing customer retention.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions using the internal CRM system.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics ,Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven success in selling software, hardware, or IT solutions (e.g., ERP, CRM, data warehousing, analytics platforms) to manufacturing industries such as semiconductor, pharmaceutical, chemical, or FMCG etc.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively via phone and email.
• Genuine passion for data, analytics, and solving customer problems.
• A strong can-do attitude with high ownership and execution discipline; ability to thrive in a fast-moving and dynamic environment.
• Willing to learn and to grow to next level of career
• Full proficiency in English and Mandarin/Chinese

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong understanding of software acquisition and decision-making cycles.
• Written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team comprised of a Pre-sales consultant, Account Manager
• Ability to quickly build trust and maintain long term relationship with existing accounts
• Ability to build rapport and trust through remote channels such as phone, email, and virtual communication platforms.
