Account Manager

Bpod Latam is looking for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Account Manager to drive business growth across Brazil, São Paulo. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercial professional who enjoys building relationships, developing new opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and working in a fast-growing cybersecurity company focused on Operational Technology (OT) security.

Mission

The ideal candidate combines strong enterprise sales experience with the ability to engage both cybersecurity stakeholders and industrial operations teams, understanding the challenges faced by critical infrastructure and industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts across Brazil.
• Develop and execute account plans to drive customer expansion, renewals, and revenue growth.Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within industrial and critical infrastructure organizations.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders across Cybersecurity, IT, OT, Engineering, Plant Operations, and Executive Leadership.
• Create and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurately manage opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Work closely with Business Development, Channel Partners, Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership teams.Lead commercial discussions, presentations, negotiations, and contract renewals.Understand customer business challenges and position OT cybersecurity solutions that deliver measurable value.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management within CRM systems.
• Represent the company at industry events, customer meetings, and partner engagements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Account Management, Enterprise Sales, or Strategic Account Management.
• Experience selling cybersecurity, networking, infrastructure, or industrial technology solutions.
• Demonstrated success managing complex sales cycles and expanding strategic accounts.
• Experience building pipeline and generating opportunities, not only managing existing business.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills.Ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Based in São Paulo or willing to travel throughout Brazil or Latam as needed.
