Export Manager– Benelux, DACH and South Europe

Reporting directly to the Global Head of Sales, you will have full ownership of Sproud's commercial performance across Benelux and DACH. You will be responsible for developing and executing the regional growth strategy across HoReCa, Retail and Distribution, with full P&L accountability for your markets. From identifying new opportunities and winning strategic customers to managing distributors and delivering profitable growth, you will play a pivotal role in Sproud's European expansion.

This is a highly autonomous role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, making decisions and delivering results in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute Sproud's commercial strategy across Benelux, DACH and Southern Europe

• Deliver ambitious sales, profit and distribution targets across the region.

• Hold full P&L accountability, managing revenue, gross margin, trade investment and profitability.

• Develop and deliver annual business plans, customer strategies and regional budgets.

• Identify, prioritise and secure new business opportunities across HoReCa, Retail and Distribution.

• Build long-term strategic partnerships with coffee chains, retailers, wholesalers, foodservice operators and distributors.

• Lead distributor selection, management, performance reviews and joint business planning.

• Negotiate commercial agreements that deliver sustainable, profitable growth.

• Forecast sales performance, manage budgets and provide accurate commercial reporting.

• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Customer Success to deliver best-in-class customer execution.

• Represent Sproud at customer meetings, industry events and international trade exhibitions.

• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer insights to identify future growth opportunities and shape regional strategy.
