Equipment Mechanic I-II - Plainview

Plainview Maintenance Section is seeking an individual with a talent for turning complex machinery into reliable, smooth-running equipment. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise, creative problem-solving, and a strong commitment to safety to keep critical assets operating at peak performance.

In this role, you will diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues, develop innovative maintenance solutions, and approach every task with a focus on reliability, efficiency, and operational excellence. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, emergency troubleshooting, equipment modifications, and repairs designed to extend asset life and minimize downtime.

Successful candidates will have hands-on experience maintaining a variety of equipment, calibrating systems, training and supporting team members, and collaborating with cross-functional groups. A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and dedication to continuous improvement are essential.
