Ordering and Planning Team Supervisor

We are currently looking for a responsible Ordering and PlanningTeam Supervisor who will contribute to our dynamic and fast-growing team through strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory levels and prepare qualitative and quantitative product and POS material orders in line with sales forecasts, stock needs, planning cycles, and brand deadlines.
• Analyze stock levels, sell-through, sales performance, inventory turnover, and product dynamics across brands, models, stores, and different time periods.
• Develop sales and inventory forecasts by month, year, brand, and product category, and monitor actual performance against plans.
• Identify slow-moving and excess stock and provide recommendations on markdowns, discount strategies, and other sales-promotion activities.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for the preparation and management of the store purchasing budget.
• Conduct market and assortment gap analysis and identify potential new product and assortment opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and provide recommendations to support effective assortment and inventory planning.
• Coordinate ordering and planning activities with relevant internal teams and brand partners to ensure timely and accurate execution.
• Lead and supervise the Ordering & Planning team, ensuring effective workload distribution, prioritization and achievement of team objectives.
• Set clear expectations for direct reports, monitor their performance, provide regular feedback
• Ensure all planning, stock, sales, and performance reports are accurate and submitted within established deadlines.

Required Qualifications:

• Higher education in Business Administration, Economics or a related field
• Experience more than 3 years in retail, beauty or fashion field is a strong advantage
• Team management experience will be considered an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel)

Working condition:

• Full-time, office-based: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM (early Friday: until 6:00 PM).
• Location: City Tower, Vazha-Pshavela Ave #70, premium business center.
• Quarterly bonus system based on KPIs
